   Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice to taste
   Preparation:
- Place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous consistency.
- If desired, adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk or ice.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy this smoothie full of nutrients.

FOREST FRUIT SMOOTHIE WITH OATS
   Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup whole oats
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
    Preparation:
- In a blender, add all the ingredients.
- Mix until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
- If you prefer it sweeter, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy this smoothie full of antioxidants and fiber.

BANANA AND CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE
 Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
- Ice to taste
   Preparation:
- Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
- Place the banana pieces in a blender along with the cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract, and almond butter, if using.
- Add ice to taste to obtain the desired consistency.
- Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy this delicious chocolate and banana flavored smoothie.
