   Preparation:

   Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

    Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add all the ingredients.
  2. Mix until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.
  3. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.

 Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
  • Ice to taste

   Preparation:

    1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.

    3. Add ice to taste to obtain the desired consistency.
