STRAWBERRIES WITH YOGURT AND HONEY
   Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed and cut in half
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Optional: slivered almonds or chopped walnuts to decorate
   Preparation:
- Place the cut strawberries on a serving plate or bowl.
- Cover the strawberries with the Greek yogurt.
- Drizzle honey over yogurt.
- If you wish, decorate with slivered almonds or chopped walnuts.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this fresh and healthy dessert.

HEALTHY BANANA SPLIT
   Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- Optional: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup
   Preparation:
- Place the banana halves on a serving plate or bowl.
- Add a tablespoon of Greek yogurt on top of each banana half.
- Arrange the strawberry slices and pineapple pieces over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top.
- If desired, add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for an extra touch of sweetness.

CHOCOLATE AND AVOCADO MOUSSE
   Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a pinch of salt
- Optional: fresh strawberries or raspberries to decorate
Preparation:
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness to your preference, adding more honey or maple syrup if necessary.
- Divide the mixture into individual serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to cool and flavors settle.
